“America’s families are struggling under the heavy weight of housing costs that have climbed for decades. There is nothing ‘minor’ about a crisis that leaves millions of Americans unable to afford a home. Congress worked across party lines to deliver real relief — the President should sign this bill immediately and deliver for families who have waited long enough.”
