Washington, D.C. – On Friday, June 3, Vice President Kamala Harris will address the nation’s mayors during the U.S. Conference of Mayors’ (USCM) 90th Annual Meeting in Reno, NV.

The Vice President’s speech will kick off the first day of the Conference’s Annual Meeting, which will bring mayors from across the country together to engage with one another as well as Biden Administration officials, business leaders and other experts. Mayors are set to discuss a wide range of topics, including public safety, the implementation of city resources included in the American Rescue Plan Act and the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act, climate change, affordable housing, and economic mobility, among others. During the Meeting, mayors will also consider and adopt policy resolutions that guide the advocacy agenda of the Conference.

All business/day-time sessions are open to the press unless otherwise indicated, and all evening events are closed to the press.
