National Forum for Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention
Description
Mayors use the National Forum's Move with the Mayorâ„¢ program to encourage residents to protect and improve their health and to make their communities more active and accessible. In 2021-22, mayors are using National Forum messaging, policy recommendations, and other tools to empower and protect community members from COVID-19 and improve cardiovascular health and health equity. The National Forum is a nonprofit organization co-founded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and American Heart Association.
