Nation’s Mayors to Discuss Metro Economies, Community Development and Housing, and Criminal and Social Justice

On Day Two of Annual Meeting, Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, and Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas to lead consideration of resolutions

Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, August 25th at 2:00 PM ET, the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) will gather virtually for the second day of its 89th Annual Meeting. Three standing committees will meet throughout the afternoon: the Metro Economies Committee chaired by Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin, the Community Development and Housing Committee chaired by Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, and the Criminal and Social Justice Committee chaired by Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas. Member mayors of each standing committee will consider proposed resolutions before moving to matters decided by the Chair.
