North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hays was recently selected as Mayor of the Year by the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police. In nominating Mayor Hays for this award, North Little Rock Police Chief Danny Bradley cited his advocacy efforts with The U.S. Conference of Mayors on homeland security information sharing and direct funding, and continuing the COPS and Local Law Enforcement Block Grant programs.
