USMayorTime with Tom Cochran on Blogtalkradio.com recently had two informative shows discussing current events and issues impacting mayors from small and large cities.
In case you missed the two most recent shows:
- September 28: USMayorTime with Tom Cochran featured Chattanooga (TN) Mayor Ron Littlefield who discussed how the city of Chattanooga is providing healthcare through city doctors and municipal clinics.
- October 1: Columbia (MO) Mayor Darwin Hindman was the guest mayor and he shared with listeners his plan to promote bicycling in Columbia. Hindman was featured recently in Parade Magazine as America’s bicycling mayor.
The next show is on Tuesday, October 13 at 4:00 p.m. EDT and will feature Mesa (AZ) Mayor Scott Smith who will be discussing joining The U.S. Conference of Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement as the 1,000th mayor, and how mayors have pledged to reduce carbon emissions in cities representing more than 86 million Americans.
