Howlie R. Davis, an early co-chair of the Mayors Business Council Steering Committee (2001-2003), was recently appointed Senior Vice President and Director of U.S. Government Affairs of CH2M Hill, a global engineering, procurement, construction and operations firm.

With more than 20 years experience as counselor to U.S. Cabinet Secretaries, business and political leaders, non-profit and community organizations, Davis will lead the firm’s U.S. Government Affairs agenda, operations, and direct the federal, state, and local government affairs team.

The Conference congratulates Davis and thanks him for his past service as co-chair of the Mayors Business Council Steering Committee.
