The Bowling Green residents completed coursework and qualified for mortgages through homeownership classes sponsored by the City. Earlier at the event, Countrywide Financial Vice President Jimmie Williams presented Mayor Walker with a $15,000 capacity grant that “Bowling Green DollarWi$e”, in partnership with Junior Achievement, will use to financially educate sophomores in the City’s high schools.
