Smith, a member of the Amtrak Board, is joined by Albany (OR) Mayor Chuck McLaran, the immediate past chair of the Mayors’ Council, and Conference Vice President and New Orleans Mayor Marc H. Morial, the panel’s newly-elected vice chair, for the June 12th meeting which was held during the Conference’s 68th Annual Conference.
