Conference of Mayors Membership Committee Chair Piscataway (NJ) Mayor Brian C. Wahler will lead a discussion at the Membership Standing Committee meeting on Friday, June 22 at 2:30 p.m., on the organization’s membership programs, including membership recruitment and retention.

In addition, members will discuss the impact of the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) rules on cities and other local governments, specifically, relating to the undertaking of financial reporting on key aspects of city operations, such as retirement systems and other post-employment benefits (OPEB).
