As previously reported in U.S.MAYOR, under procedures approved by the Executive Committee, resolutions for consideration by the Annual Conference shall be submitted by member cities to the Conference of Mayors- office no later than Friday, May 13.

Copies of all resolutions submitted will be mailed to the mayor of each member city two weeks prior to the convening of the Annual Conference.

Conference standing committees will meet to review resolutions on Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11.

The United States Conference of Mayors membership will debate and vote on the resolutions, Monday morning, June 13.
