Morial Presents State of Black America Annual Report

National Urban League President and CEO Marc Morial presents the League’s annual State of Black America report that highlights the problem of chronic unemployment in minority communities and proposes a six-point jobs plan as a solution to the crisis. Morial is a Past President of the Conference of Mayors.
