Chicago Annual Meeting Resolutions Procedure: Submission Deadline is May 13, 2005

Under procedures approved by the Executive Committee, resolutions for consideration by the Annual Conference shall be submitted by member cities to the Conference of Mayors- office no later than May 13.

Copies of all resolutions submitted will be mailed to the mayor of each member city at least two weeks prior to the convening of the Annual Conference.

Conference standing committees will meet to review resolutions June 10 and 11.

The Conference of Mayors membership will debate and vote on the resolutions Monday morning, June 13.
