Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is presented by Gary Wygant of Novelis Corporation the Conference of Mayors and Novelis Corporation’s “Cans for Cash” Recycling Award. Milwaukee recycled over 1,147,084 pounds of aluminum cans which made them the winner in the large city category. Milwaukee has won the award three years in a row. The Cans for Cash Recycling Challenge, which is sponsored by Novelis, will be held again this fall.
