Conference of Mayors President Burnsville Mayor Elizabeth Kautz and Conference of Mayors CEO and Executive Director Tom Cochran were on hand with Carmel (IN) Mayor James Brainard for the opening celebration of Carmel’s new performing arts center, The Palladium. The opening of this state-of-the-art facility featured such artists as Michael Feinstein (who was honored last year with the Conference of Mayors and Americans for the Arts Artist of the year award and is the Palladium’s Artistic Director); Grammy award winning artists Chris Botti, Neil Sedaka, and Dionne Warwick; and film and television actor Cheyenne Jackson.
