USCCHSO Membership Form

All municipalities are eligible for Regular Membership in The United States Conference of City Human Services Officials (USCCHSO). Annual dues are based upon the population of the city.

Associate Membership. Organizations and individuals who are not a part of the city government may also join as associate members and may renew their associate membership annually. Associate members have all benefits of membership except voting and holding office. The fee for associate membership is $150.00.
