As part of its HIV/AIDS Technical Assistance Initiative, USCM is working to strengthen and expand the technical assistance it makes available to Mayors, local health officials, and community-based organizations in the area of HIV prevention. The goal of this effort is to strengthen the capacity of local service providers to carry out effective HIV/AIDS prevention activities that will benefit cities and local communities.
