Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (Fedcap)

Fedcapís mission is to create opportunities for people with barriers to move toward economic independence as valued and contributing members of society. People with barriers - disadvantaged youths, veterans, single mothers, people with disabilities, older workers and ex-offenders - represent a vast pool of skilled and dedicated workers looking for jobs. Employers have critical staffing needs that remain unfilled. Fedcap provides pathways to economic independence and personal empowerment, and everybody wins. Each year Fedcapís evaluation, vocational training, job placement and counseling services, and employment, support and advocacy programs, help more than 2,000 Americans overcome obstacles, rebuild their lives, and find and keep meaningful employment.

In addition to placing people into competitive employment, Fedcap operates five business units; Facilties Management, Document Management Services, Digital Print and Mail, Home Health and Manufacturing. Our largest unit is Fedcap Total Facilities Management which provides services in a multitude of working environments, including some of the busiest and most prestigious federal government locations in the country. Fourteen locations qualify as Class A buildings, each with a gross area in excess of 400,000 square feet and requiring the services of dozens of qualified and trained workers. Fedcapís portfolio includes several national monuments (the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, African Burial Grounds, and the New Jersey State House), several courthouses, a commuter rail station, military installations, a dining facility, and a corrections training academy.
