ANTONIO, TX ALAMO HEIGHTS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 1. Briefly describe the structure of your program. School does not have a preventive program in place. They, however, intertwine by having a speaker come to the school campuses and speak on various issues facing youth today. 2. When was the program created and why? Because the district is so small, they have not had to deal with school violence issues as in other districts. 3. How do you measure the program’s effectiveness? No outstanding problems 4. How is the community involved in the program? Community mentoring to students by various professionals deter acting out negative behavior. 5. Contact person:
