The United States Conference of Mayors and Ms. Christina Mattin of Boston, Massachusetts will proudly award the first ever "Christina Mattin Arts Awards for Programs Reaching Youth at Risk" at the 68th Winter Meeting in Washington, DC.  Only in its first year, the awards program received an overwhelming response from Mayors throughout nations who wished to nominate their local arts program for consideration. The first, second, and third place winners will receive a cash award and all the applicants will be featured in a Best Practice book to be released in January.
