World AIDS Day Observed at Conference Offices December 1, 1999

The HIV/AIDS prevention program of the Conference of Mayors, now in its 16th year, seeks to build HIV educational and prevention capacity at the local level, and in keeping with that goal each year on December 1 USCM joins organizations and institutions throughout the world in observing World AIDS Day, a worldwide effort to provide education about HIV and awareness of the AIDS pandemic.
