Nationwide Retirement Solutions Sets Forth Vision for Future
USCM Deferred Compensation Program Administrator

Meeting last week in Colorado Springs, over 100 key field and home office managers of Nationwide Retirement Solutions (NRS), the administrator of the U.S. Conference of Mayors Deferred Compensation Program, heard their president, Duane Meek set forth a "Vision of the Future" for the company.

Included in the Vision for NRS Meek presented were the following:

  • Seen by all as the market leader in public sector voluntary retirement plans;

  • A high level of professionalism;

  • Consulting expertise;

  • Highly effective manager of retirement programs;

  • A marketing machine;

  • Providing service excellence;

  • Education company;

  • Technology leader;

  • Product and service innovator;

  • Committed to diversity; and

  •  A company of integrity

Other subjects covered during the two and one-half day meeting were a presentation on the Post Employment Heath Program, a report on the advances being made by the Direct Access staff to better serve the needs of the program’s 300,000 plus participants and a preview of coming investment products and services designed to continue NRS’s place among the marketplace leaders.
