Susan Bodine, Senior Counsel for the House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment, spoke at the MWMA Legislative Forum. Ms. Bodine used the forum as a "listening session" to learn from the experts in the field to determine what can be done to improve Brownfield redevelopment efforts and superfund policy. Ms. Bodine serves the subcommittee that was instrumental in the last Congress in guiding the bipartisan effort on brownfields legislation.
