Mayor Bloomberg welcomed mayors to cities and thanked them for their contributions in helping NYC in the aftermath of 9/11.
Congressman Rangel (NY) thanked mayors for bringing the winter meeting to NYC and for their support. He also voiced support for President Bush in his fight against terrorism and pledged to continue to work on behalf of the nation's cities.
